Our Warranty

At La Petite Ourse, we put all our heart into creating quality products designed to make your daily life easier. We want you to have complete confidence in our products, which is why we offer a warranty that covers manufacturing defects. Because your satisfaction is at the center of our priorities, this warranty applies for 6 months on our washable diapers and 3 months on our accessories.

For our backpacks, the warranty on zippers is limited to 2 months. It is important not to force the zippers to ensure their durability.

Every product you receive goes through a thorough inspection to ensure it arrives at your home in perfect condition. But if a manufacturing defect ever occurs, do not hesitate to contact us. We will be there to support you and find a solution together.

How to benefit from our warranty

This warranty is exclusive to the first buyer and requires proof of purchase, regardless of the place of purchase. It covers:

·        Defective snap buttons

·        The seams of the diaper (except those of the front and back pocket)

·        Visible lamination of the fabric that affects the performance of the diaper

We encourage repairing small defects when possible. Not only does it extend the life of our products, but it also reduces our environmental impact.

Some exclusions to note

Our warranty does not cover:

·        Leaks, odors, mold, or poor maintenance

·        Normal wear and tear of the product

·        Final sale products

·        Premature wear due to use

·        The seams of the front and back pockets of the diaper

·        Elastics after 6 months, or if they have been frequently exposed to the sun

·        Backpack zippers after 2 months, or if they have been forced

Carriers - Limited warranty

Check your carrier upon receipt: it must contain all its parts and be in good condition. If something is wrong, write to us quickly with a photo.

Important note:

Breakages occurring after use are not covered (e.g., missing or cracked clip, etc.).

How to claim your warranty

·        For 1 or 2 defective products, contact us via our contact form with a photo and your purchase receipt.

·        For 3 or more products, write to us first, then return the products at your own expense to our administrative office. We will inspect them carefully and get back to you quickly.

At La Petite Ourse, we believe in a better world for our little ones. Before making a warranty claim, ask yourself if the defect really affects the use of the product. Replacing an item that is still usable also creates unnecessary waste. Together, we can make a difference for our planet!
