I made an order a few years ago, but needed to order a different size, as all I bought in the past was overnight and panty liners. The price is great. They work well! My only suggestion would be to make cotton topped pads as well. The previous pads I wore weren't comfortable in the summer due to the fleece, I am not sure if the new topper is the same or not.
